Leadership of the Cheasequah Nation

The Cheasequah Nation honors the ancestral governance traditions rooted in sacred balance, resilience, and strategic unity. Our leadership structure is guided by a sovereign framework where wisdom, protection, and vision meet to serve the people.

Executive Chiefs

Red Chief (Head Chief) The Red Chief serves as the Head of State and Guardian of the Nation. He holds final executive authority and protects the sovereign interests of the Nation. The Red Chief must embody strength, discipline, and unwavering commitment to the people and is charged with national security, council guidance, and ceremonial representation.

  • Final decision-making power in matters of national governance

  • Protector of tribal law, ancestral lineage, and sovereign infrastructure

  • Selects a spouse from the opposite sex in accordance with Nation values

The Red Chief – Chief Amir Caliph El "Red Wolf" Bey

Title: Head of State and Primary Executive Role: Final decision-maker, protector of the Nation, diplomat, and spiritual representative. Bio: Born into the Phoenix bloodline in Tallahassee, Florida, Chief Red Wolf Bey is a solutionary visionary, community builder, and cultural strategist. With ancestral ties to the Guale, Cherokee, and Yamasee people, he is a steward of justice and traditional knowledge. He founded the Cheasequah Nation to reclaim Indigenous sovereignty, build regenerative economies, and restore the sacred balance between land and people.

White Chief (Architect of the Nation) The White Chief is the spiritual, intellectual, and visionary counterpart to the Red Chief. She is regarded as the divine architect and protector of the generational portal through which life flows. This position embodies wisdom, foresight, and the sacred feminine leadership necessary to sustain our future.

  • Oversees governance design, legacy systems, and intergenerational guidance

  • Leads cultural and educational initiatives

  • Protected as a sacred symbol of future generations and is only approached through national order

Ambassadors & Intergovernmental Liaisons

Appointed by the Tribal Council and Chiefs, Ambassadors serve as diplomatic representatives to international, intertribal, federal, and local governments. Each is responsible for specific regions or fields such as:

  • Foreign Affairs

  • Environmental & Climate Policy

  • Religious & Cultural Protection

  • Education & Scientific Innovation

Tribal Council

The Tribal Council is composed of 13 representatives—one from each clan—who form the primary legislative body of the Nation. These elected members oversee the enactment of laws, community planning, resource allocation, and constitutional amendments.

Duties:

  • Drafting and passing sovereign legislation

  • Advising the Red and White Chiefs

  • Reviewing appeals and policies

Clan Mothers

The Clan Mothers are the spiritual and genealogical gatekeepers of the Nation. They guide lineage authentication, provide cultural leadership, and uphold justice through ancestral wisdom.

Responsibilities:

  • Lineage verification and status confirmation

  • Intergenerational education and crisis intervention

  • Mental health and family wellness initiatives
