Our enrollment process honors lineage, lived experience, and commitment to our sacred traditions. Through a structured path of tribal screening, education, and formal documentation, individuals may be granted Membership or full Citizenship, each carrying specific rights, responsibilities, and recognition. As you begin this journey, know that you are stepping into a legacy of resilience, sovereignty, and cultural awakening—where your identity as a Person of Antiquity is not only acknowledged but protected under sovereign law.

Ancestral Screening
All applicants must complete the Ancestral Screening Form to determine eligibility.
Requirements: Must be domiciled within the United States Born in North, Central, or South America Parent(s) or grandparent(s) born in America Experienced or descended from those who experienced genocide or denationalization Have tribal ties (Choctaw, Cherokee, Cheasequah, or marriage to a national)
Fee: $50 (non-refundable)
Timeline: up to 4 weeks for review
Citizenship Preparatory Course:
After a successful screening, applicants must complete the Citizenship Preparatory Course:
Course Fee: $19.99
Covers history, laws, values, and governance of the Cheasequah Nation
Documentation Issued Upon Completion:

For individuals in transitional status or by virtue of community acceptance or bloodline

Eligible to vote, hold office, and access full benefits
